Our care model

Care for today. Prevention for what comes next.

One team that knows your history, coordinates your testing, and plans a year ahead — instead of starting over at every visit.

Why VITA

Built around the parts of care people say are broken.

We started VITA after hearing the same four complaints in every waiting room. These are our answers.

01

More time

Longer patient appointments, so the visit ends when your questions do — not when the clock says so.

02

Clear answers

Simple explanations and transparent recommendations, written down before you leave.

03

Modern access

Digital scheduling, results, and telehealth — without a phone tree between you and your doctor.

04

Preventive focus

Care designed around long-term health, with a plan that carries from one year to the next.

Care planner

Where should your health focus be this year?

Four questions, one general starting point for your first conversation with a VITA physician.

This planner is informational only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed clinician, and it does not store what you enter.

Educational information only — not a diagnosis.

Meet the doctors

Three physicians. One record. No repeating yourself.

Showing 3 of 3 doctors.

Patient experiences

What the first year at VITA feels like.

I booked on a Sunday night and was seen that Thursday. That alone changed how I deal with health questions.
Camila R.Patient since 2024 · San Juan
My doctor walked through every lab line by line. It is the first time I left an appointment understanding my own results.
Jorge M.Patient since 2023 · Guaynabo
Between travel weeks, telehealth keeps my follow-ups on schedule instead of pushing them to next quarter.
Priya N.Patient since 2025 · Telehealth

FAQ

Questions we hear before the first visit.

Still unsure? Call (787) 555-0110 or email hello@vitahealthstudio.example.

Yes. We work with several plans, and we verify your coverage before the first visit so you know what applies. If we are out of network for your plan, we quote the self-pay rate up front instead.

Most weeks, yes. We hold openings each day for acute concerns and new patients, and telehealth slots usually open sooner than in-person ones.

Yes, for follow-ups, medication questions, result reviews and many acute concerns. Some visits still need to happen in person — we will tell you which before you book.

You get 40 minutes with your physician: history, current concerns, an exam, and any baseline labs. You leave with a written summary and a plan for the next twelve months.

No. VITA+ is optional. Every service is available to non-members, and membership only adds priority scheduling, longer appointments and discounted advanced testing.

Yes. Results post to your portal, each one with a short note from your doctor explaining what it means and whether anything needs follow-up.

Forty minutes for a new patient visit, twenty-five for a follow-up, and longer for members when a visit needs it. We schedule fewer patients per day so visits start close to the time on your card.

No. VITA Health Studio is a fictional brand created as a portfolio concept. Doctors, locations, prices and patient stories on this page are invented, and nothing here should be used for medical decisions.
